She is a avid writer which I got to understand from her talk and that's the primary skill that needed to master, so it will clear your thought and gives you higher decision making capability.

The Important Meta Skill is learning how to learn and build framework/ model around it to make better decisions.

If you working in a startup or managing a team the primary skill to master is to find the Top Talent and hire them to work for you and retaining them .

Your success and companies success depends on the quality of the people you surround yourself with.

Ask Questions — Improve the mental map of how things work and how the world works. Be curious and Observe.

Find group of people who can show you beyond what you believe is capable and just spend a bunch of time with them, like you know what you will be pushed and you will start to see what it means to be excellent.
